Jaume Costa interviewed by Alevín B team

The VCF Foundation Alevín B team, coached by José Antonio Camacho, had a surprise call this week from one of their idols. Jaume Costa connected by video to speak to the young talents, and they soon recovered from the shock to give him an interesting interview about his playing career.
Costa even revealed to them that he gets nervous before games, even this far into his playing career.
“I always do. I'm always very nervous. There are even games in which I've been shaking. If you are able to channel this nervousness well, it even becomes a good thing, because it helps you to focus on the game and what you need to do,” he confessed.
“What I like most about my job is obviously being able to live for so many years from something that so many people are passionate about. It's many people's dream, and that's something that I like. The worst thing is that your friends have plans for the weekend, or your family, and you can't be there because you owe it to your team and to the match.”
The kids also posed several questions about his playing position, his start in football and his most feared rivals, but they also wanted to know what it will be like to play behind closed doors when LaLiga resumes.
“We've already done it, in the game against Atalanta. It's very difficult. My teammates tell me that last year there were games -such as against Getafe and Betis, in which the players really felt the presence of the fans. It's been decided that we will play without fans, but it is what it is. We have to accept it and just hope that this is over with as soon as possible, so that everybody can enjoy being at football grounds again.”
